Product Filters

Product Filters are a convenient means for further filtering through product searches through the means of customized filters outside of the standard filtering features shown below:

Adding and Deleting Product Filters

This section will focus on both creating and deleting custom product filters for more easily searching through your store's products through the BinderPOS Portal.


Adding Custom Product Filters

In order to begin adding custom product filters, follow these steps:

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal page, find and select the Products tab
  2. From the Products tab, input the information around the product(s) being searched for, name the custom filter, and select Save Filter
  3. Following this, the custom filter will be saved


Deleting Custom Product Filters

In order to delete custom product filters, follow these steps:

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal page, find and select the Products tab
  2. From the Products tab, find the filters tab in the black bar above the search criteria and select Saved Filters
  3. From the Saved Filters drop down, find the custom filter being deleted and click on the red trashcan to delete
  4. Following this, a pop up prompt titled Are you sure? will appear to confirm that the custom filter is wanting to be deleted. In order to continue with deleting this filter, select Delete; to keep the filter, select Cancel


Locating and Applying Saved Product Filters

Once a custom product filter has been saved, it can be used to quickly search for specific products quickly and easily. This feature also allows for saved product filters to be deleted


Locating and Applying Product Filters

In order to easily find saved product filters, follow these steps:

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal page, find and select the Products tab
  2. From the Products tab, find the filters tab in the black bar above the search criteria and select Saved Filters
  3. From the Saved Filters drop down, find the custom filter being select either the red trashcan to delete or Apply Filter to quickly use the filter in the search
