Getting Started

You can create a sync account for TCGplayer to link to BinderPOS to synchronize all or a selection of your catalogued inventory.  When items are sold on TCGplayer, the inventory will synchronize back into BinderPOS. Orders will then appear in your Shopify orders. The section below highlights a couple of pieces of information you will need in order to get started.


Prerequisites

  • Seller account on TCGplayer
  • Integration sync enabled by the support team


Linking Your TCGplayer Account to BinderPOS

  1. Please begin this process by first contacting TCGplayer support about the integration
  2. TCGplayer and BinderPOS will then turn on the integration for your store
  3. From the BinderPOS Portal, click on the Integrations tab 
  4. Click on TCGplayer


Creating Your First Bulk Setting

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal, click on the Integrations tab
  2. Click on TCGplayer
  3. Under Bulk Setting, click on Create a New Setting
  4. Select the game you want to sync under Game
  5. Select Enable Synchronization
  6. Apply any markups, reserve stock, or maximums needing to be enabled
  7. Click Save Rule


Creating Your First Individual Setting

  1. From the BinderPOS Portal, click on the Integrations tab 
  2. Click on TCGplayer
  3. Under Individual Settings search for the product you wish to create a setting for
  4. In the results you can check the Enable Sync box as well as add any price/stock modifiers
  5. Click Update to sync the individual variant with the Marketplace


You can review and modify items synced using this method under the "Review variants" tab
