Getting Started
Simply put, an attestation is a means of confirming that you have the legal right to sell certain goods. Because of this, every so often Shopify will require a random selection of users to fill out an attestation form. They will email the main email in your Shopify account with a link to the form that needs to be filled out. If you have been selected, please fill out the form to avoid having your Shopify account frozen. If the form was not provided or if you have questions, you should reach out directly to Shopify.
If you missed the email or did not fill out the form, then your store will be frozen. Should this happen, search your email to find the form or reach out directly to Shopify
