Q1: What do I need for the eBay Integration?

Customers will need to reach out to the support team to have them enable the integration and an eBay account. 


Q2: What do I need to do after I have the Integration enabled?

Customers need to connect their eBay account, select their location, and create listing policies after their integration has been enabled.


Q3: Can I list items not in the BinderPOS Catalog?

Customers can list anything they have in stock, items do not need to be in the BinderPOS catalog. 


Q4: Why do my orders appear in Shopify even though I did not list anything through the Integration?

Orders will appear in Shopify once the eBay account is connected to our integration, even though the item was not listed through the integration.


Q5: What is the fee for the eBay Integration?

BinderPOS takes a 2% commission for sales made through the eBay integration. Any other fees are taken from eBay.


Q6: Will I be charged for items that were already on my eBay before enabling the Integration?

BinderPOS only charges commission on the items that are listed through the integration.


Q7: Do I fulfill orders through eBay or Shopify?

Orders should be fulfilled through Shopify. If the order has a tracking number, it will automatically be fulfilled in eBay. If the order does not have a tracking number, you will have to fulfill it in eBay as well.


Q8: Why do I have duplicate eBay orders in Shopify?

If you have connected your eBay account to our integration, but already use the Shopify integration or apps through Shopify it will create duplicate listings. We recommend not using the unsupported Shopify integration for eBay
