Getting Started


It is absolutely possible for you to create a second location in Shopify. However the key is to not alter or delete your default location. If you do change your default location you should inform your account manager before you change these details. 


Why It's Important Not to Change or Delete Your Default Location

Binder is synced to the default location that we initially set up in Shopify. If it becomes un-synced, then pricing, inventory updates, and new sets will not make their way to Shopify, your website, or to BinderPOS. 


Steps for creating a second location in Shopify: 

  1. In Shopify got to Settings and then Locations

  2. Click Add Location

  3. Fill out the correct information and decide if this is where you want your online orders to sync to

  4. Click Save


You will now be able to see and edit both locations. 


Remember not to change or delete your default location without telling your Account Management Team
